Mellow Knights was no accident. It was a deliberate effort to adhere to our philosophy of providing high quality, affordable beard care that meets our customers’ needs.
If it sounds counter-intuitive, that’s because most people would think so. When you think of a beard oil, you think of it almost as a cologne. Sure, it’s something that’s meant to keep your beard thicker, healthier, easier to manage, and a slew of other benefits. But it’s also supposed to smell… well… manly
But here at Braveheart, we aren’t afraid to go against the status-quo. Just as our inspiration, William Wallace did, we rose up to defend what was important to us.
Mellow Knights is the answer to a long-standing problem: The safety and comfort of both pets and people. Essential oils are often outright toxic to animals (their bodies can’t properly process them) and people can get migraines, nausea, or other ailments from being exposed. By removing essential oils and rebuilding our formula from the ground up, we managed to address the issue while maintaining the exact same high quality, natural ingredients and price point you’d expect of us.
