What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return the unused portion and we will return your money no questions asked. It is our goal to have your experience with us to be a happy and enjoyable one.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping within the US is a flat rate $2.00. Upgraded priority 2-3 day shipping is a flat rate $6.95.
Canada is $8 USD. We offer discounted shipping of $3.95 for orders for a single Trial Pack within the US and its territories.

All orders will ship out within 24-48 hours.

What is in your balm and beard oil?

Beard Balms: Shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter, beeswax, and every oil that is in our beard oil.

Beard Oils:: Apricot oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, pure vitamin E oil, Sweet Almond oil, Pecan oil, and Grapeseed oil.

Scents: We use all natural essential oils that are both functional and smell great. Our beard balms and oils may also contain cedarwood oil, sandalwood oil, vanilla, lemon oil, pine oil, cinnamon leaf oil, sweet orange oil, peppermint oil, bay leaf oil, lime oil, clove oil, white fir oil, lavender oil, tobacco absolute, coffee oil, lemongrass oil, grapefruit oil, and citronella oil.

When should I start using it?

As soon as you start growing your beard you should begin using an oil or balm. Our oils and balms not only help existing beards become better versions of themselves, but also makes your skin more healthy to facilitate faster and thicker hair growth and reduce dry itchy skin for new beards.

How much do I use? How long will it last?

Every beard is different, and a little oil or balm goes a long way. We have found the best way to apply balm or oil is just a little at a time. After running your hands through your beard, they shouldn't appear to have any excess oil or balm on them. If they do, you've probably used too much and you can remove any excess from your hands by running them through your hair. An average size (1-2 inch) beard only needs around 4-6 drops of oil or a dime size amount of balm, though some people like to use or may require more. Our 1 oz tin of balm should last the average beard about a month while the 1 oz oil should last longer. Larger beards may require more and can take advantage of our man size 2 oz balms to get more bang for their buck.
